Fabulous Four

Anders turned 4 months last week.  Most folks would guess he’s older because he is a big boy…18 pounds & very long, just about an inch shy of how long Hazel was at 9 months.  It really has flown by!  Some moments seem like I was just on bedrest yesterday & some moments seem like he’s been here forever.  He continues to be such a sweet gentle soul.  Laid back on most everything except for a few particulars.  He laughs, coos & lately has discovered his voice saying “ooooohh, ooooohh, ooooohhh” anytime he’s awake.  He  smiles huge at big sister Hazel(19 months) as she grabs his hands & sings “ring, rosie, pockie, posie, ashie, ashie, fall down”.  They have been sharing a room now for about 3 weeks & it goes well some days & not as well on others, but all in all I love seeing those 2 cribs in there.  I try my best to write down the happenings of their daily life because in the exhaustion & choas of each moment, I just don’t trust my brain to remember this wonderful, tiring, refining & fleeting time.  Here are some pics I took yesterday.

He really is just SO CUTE. I feel like he has the kind of face that you can look at him and totally know what he’s going to look like in college. And, well, let’s just say…Winnie might be interested.
G-I’m also proud of you for using capital letters.

So excited to see G posting…So M I had nothing to post earlier…I did love the video… G says it best. She puts on the web what my brain thinks. I too have a calendar that has pics in it and is big, but managable and I write weekly, even daily what my kiddos do. I want to, and do go back and savor those sweet moments. Two cribs are the best, so are those smiling faces in the morning! Mommyhood is so….(infinite words here would fit) satisfying (today at least!)

I also have yet to see that boy fly around in a wheel chair which is where I am going next.
