Today I pulled into a tough-to-find parking place and sought to gather myself. My mom was inside the deli awaiting my arrival to the planned lunch date. I kissed a boo boo & I liked it
Last Thursday we were able to celebrate Hazel’s two year birthday with friends and cupcakes and chaos. Again, we are left thanking our friends for celebrating alongside us. They always show up and it means so much to us. It was so fun to see Hazel old enough to realize, in some small way, what a birthday actually was. As you can see, she lit up as everyone, in unison, sang her the birthday song. Our good friends Becky & Shelly came up with an “Autumn Calendar”. This calendar has a different event every single day that celebrates & appreciates this wonderful season. All sorts of exciting & simple things like watch leaves fall, light a fall candle, have a picnic in the park. Yesterday, the calendar said “go to a pumpkin patch”…so we did.
